However, there might be instances where the regular arrangement of the gifts, especially flowers varies than the one appearing on the screen. However, this usually happens when the blossoms are not available with us or due to any other reason which is beyond our control. 

 

During all the events when the flowers, cakes or sweets remain unavailable with us, we ensure to deliver the best quality of flowers, cakes or sweets which are of equivalent value. This is how we look forward to fulfilling the substitution policy. 

 

On the account of all those situations where the recipient or any representative on behalf of the recipient is not available on the day of the delivery of the product, we might take the concerned request of the perishable items as delivered. To avoid such events, we usually attempt to take an appointment with the recipient or his representative over the telephone before carrying out the delivery of the product. 

 

The delivery of the items available with us might not be possible under certain circumstances. All these circumstances are usually the unmanageable or unforeseen events. In all such cases and events, we give our customers a privilege of expecting the refund. We ensure to provide a 100 percent refund of the total money of the customer. 

 

The administration of GiftKart retains all the rights and privileges to deny any request.

 

All the cases involving delivery, non-delivery, claim for refund or any other instances are liable to the locale of (mention the court’s name). 

 

In all the cases where the customer plan to cancel an order, he/she is requested to contact the GiftKart to cancel any order by the way of making a call. If the order is cancelled within 24 hours of the time of delivery, the customer is expected to get a refund of 100 percent. This takes a duration of a week. 

 

All the orders shall be processed as per the choice of the customers only. All the orders available on our website shall be executed for delivery only after the confirmation gives by the customer. Such confirmation shall be treated as final.
