We provide same day and specified day delivery services in Melbourne city. Products are delivered latest by 7 PM.

• All the orders of the same day delivery shall be placed before 3pm on the weekdays
• All the orders of the same day delivery shall be placed before 2pm on Saturdays and Sundays.

Returns:

 

We perform the service of online delivery of a variety of gifts at your doorstep within a specified time. Our team makes a lot of effort to live up to all the demands and expectations of the customers. However, in case of damages or receiving wrong product, we provide you a 7-days return policy for non-perishable products.

This means that the returns are not applicable for products like cakes, chocolates, flowers, bouquets, fresh fruits, and other eatables

We only offer replacement of the wrong/damaged products, not the refund of payment made by the customer
